Increasing
Government Facilities for Trained-up Entrepreneurs Demanded
Bogra, February 23:
Speakers demanded increasing Government facilities including easy loan, khas land and khas ponds for the trained-up entrepreneurs and investors.
Mass media and business leaders said it while speaking in a dialogue on local economic, trade and business issues held at Community Development Library (CDL) conference room in Bogra today. With the support of European Union, mass communication oriented development organization CCD and EJ Net-Bogra organized this dialogue.

Potential of Economic, Trade and Business Development in Bogra” and
“Fish Culture in Bogra region: Potentialities amidst Hindrances”.
Senior Faculty Member of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank A B Siddique moderated the dialogue while Convenor of EJ Net Bogra Somudra Hoque was in the chair. Member Secretary of EJ Net Bogra Hasibur Rahman Bilu and Project Coordinator of CCD A H M Abdul Hai presented welcome address in the dialogue.
Among others, District Fisheries Officer Najim Uddin Ahmed, Manager of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) Kalai Branch Misbahur Rahman Khan, Editor of the daily Uttaranchal Robiul Hoque Khan, General Secretary of Bogra District Shop Owners Association Rezaul Karim Sarker Robin, District Correspondent of the daily Sangbad Aktaruzzaman, Staff Reporter of the daily Amardesh and RTV Sobur Shah Lotus, Extension Officer of BISCIC Rezaul Karim and Staff Reporter of the daily Bhorer Kagoj Prodip Bhattayarja Shankor addressed the dialogue. A large number of journalists, business leaders and different professional of Bogra actively took part in the dialogue.

For the development of press and nursery industries in Bogra, speakers stressed on Government patronization, easy loan from commercial banks and tax reduction.
